The participants will learn how to use epifluorescence microscopy including FRET and FRAP, using GFP or SNAP tag technologies.Colocalization, acquisition of time courses and Z-stacks, 3D deconvolution will also be covered.
Participants will be introduced into two colour TIRF microscopy involving FRAP. Students are encouraged to bring their own strain/constructs to evaluate them during the course of the workshop.
Each participant will do 3 days in this workshops, the dates will be fixed upon agreement with Prof. Graumann.
